Introduction

The aim of the Third International Afro-European Conference for Industrial Advancement is to bring together the foremost experts as well as excellent young researchers from Africa, Europe and the rest of the world to disseminate latest results from various fields of engineering, information and communication technologies. AECIA 2016 will be held in Marrakesh, Morrocco.

The AECIA 2016 organizing committee is inviting the submission of papers that present high quality, original and unpublished work. All submissions will be thoroughly peer-reviewed by multiple reviewers. Proceedings of AECIA 2016 will be published in Springer series Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing. It will be indexed by Thomson ISI, SCOPUS and DBLP. Extended versions of the best papers presented at this conference will be considered for publication in a Special Issues of internationally recognized journals.

Paper Submission

Papers reporting original and unpublished research results on the above and related topics are solicited. All submitted papers will be refereed for quality, originality and relevance by the Program Committee. The acceptance/rejection of the papers will be based on the review results. All questions should be addressed to the PC chairs. An electronic version (PDF format) of the full paper should be submitted by the paper submission deadline to the conference website. Manuscripts should be provided according to the guidelines given at the following link were you can find the necessary styles and information: http://www.springer.com/series/11156. The papers will be published as an edited volume in the Springer "Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing" (former "Advances in Intelligent and Soft Computing") series.

The maximum number of pages is 10.

Camera-ready Submission

The camera-ready version of accepted papers must be submitted as a new version of the submission using the "Proceedings / Proceedings (author)" link in easychair. The authors have to provide:

  • camera-ready pdf version of the paper
  • full latex or MS Word source of the document
  • filled and signed copyright form (copyright form can be downloaded from here)
  • registration receipt

Camera-ready package must be uploaded on or before October 21, 2016.

Final submissions must be be formatted using required paper templates. Absolutely no exceptions will be granted.

Each accepted paper must be covered by at least one registration and paid in full to appear in conference proceedings. Authors can use the online registration system or wire transfer (information bellow) to make the payment of conference fees.

If you wish to receive an invitation letter to help with your visa, then submit the information listed below to the General Chair, Dr. Abdelkrim Haqiq. Please include the following:

  • Your full name (as it appears on your passport)
  • Date of Birth
  • Nationality
  • Your job title (for example: PhD student, Research Associate, Professor, Research Scientist (companies/ government) etc.);
  • Your affiliation (university, company, organization etc.);
  • Complete Postal address (this may be either your work or home address, whichever you prefer), make sure that you include room number (if required), building, street, city, state, postal code and country;
  • Email address, and phone number (home or work);
  • Your AECIA 2016 paper submission number(s) and title(s) and a copy of the registration receipt.
